52% of the original records of the last presidential election were replaced by altered records that were filled out weeks before the elections of June 2nd 2024, reveals a report by the researchers and analysts of Conteo Ciudadano specially written for La Carpeta Púrpura, which was released tonight on the social network X, formerly Twitter 2/.
This is confirmed by a minute-by-minute investigation of the 170,766 votes by computer experts who also remain confidential to avoid blackmail or government pressure.
Benford’s Law had already suggested that the election numbers had been manipulated, but now there is PHYSICAL EVIDENCE of the fraud.
Conteo Ciudadano (CC) and La Carpeta Púrpura explain that the fraud was possible because the National Electoral Institute (INE) allowed the so-called chain of custody to be violated, after which the 21,000 so-called “servants-of-the-nation” who served as presidents or secretaries of the polling station proceeded to change more than half of the original ballot records.
They deceived Xóchitl Gálvez (the opposition candidate) and the scientists with the INE’s Quick Count, which was already proven not to have the 5,651 records on which they based the result they gave on the night of Sunday, June 2nd, and many of those records were altered. Analyst Macario Schettino was also deceived, as he did not know that he was comparing altered records as proven by the manipulated metadata. That is why he believed that there was no fraud committed on election day. The analysis of the metadata proves that there was indeed such fraud. This explains why there were “ironed ballots” (“boletas planchadas”) which was already reported by two INE counselors themselves and which Taddei did not investigate.
Conteo Ciudadano (CC) and La Carpeta Púrpura (newsletter The Purple Folder) also point out that the INE’s electoral register was “inflated” with 7 million migrants who were given voting credentials and welfare cards from the government of Andrés Manuel López Obrador.
Since the INE and the Electoral Court were complicit in the fraud and the Specialized Prosecutor for Electoral Crimes (Fisel) and the Attorney General of the Republic have crony prosecutors (“fiscales carnales” friends of the government) who have not attended the citizen complaint that was filed on July 8th, they–the citizens–will reach out international bodies. That is why the INE wanted to destroy or burn all the evidence, all the election paperwork, the records and the ballots. But a lawsuit has already been filed by criminal lawyer Guillermo Hamdan to prevent that. Even if they destroy them, the experts of the Conteo Ciudadano (CC) have 100% of the records and proof that the metadata was violated, which invalidates the ENTIRE election, since more than half of the records were altered!
Other data
The aforementioned report concludes that Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo lost the elections, that she did not obtain the popular vote and that she is a spurious president:
The citizens’ recount of the “sheets” (record banners) that thousands of citizens sent in pictures and more than 200 volunteers for capturing and counting gave the following results: That Xóchitl wins the election with 51.15% of the votes against only 38.22% of the votes for Claudia Sheinbaum. Projecting those results to the universe of the election, Xóchitl would have obtained 35 million 760 thousand 492 votes, against only 26 million 720 thousand 743 votes for Claudia. That is to say that Xóchitl wins by an advantage of 9 million 039 thousand 749 votes. And a difference of 12.93 percentage points. Which is inversely proportional to the result that the INE gave with its altered records. There was already suspicion that the cybersecurity of the INE computer system had been violated since “Gommo”, a simple citizen, from his home computer found that there were 850 cloned or duplicate records, that is to say that the INE had entered the same record in two voting booths, even in different states, something that would have been impossible if the system had not been violated, as revealed to us by technicians who participated in its design and construction. More proof that there were altered records. In addition, another citizen who signs with the pseudonym of P@rtidO Neoliberal has been reviewing each document with graphologists and found thousands of forged or duplicated signatures, which again proves that the original documents were changed for altered documents. He also found more than 2,000 documents signed with blank votes, which shows that it was a fraud.
These records are not only fraudulent, but evidence of criminal offenses, so thousands of citizens who signed them could go to jail.
Conteo Ciudadano (CC) and La Carpeta Púrpura also conclude that all the political scenarios constructed by the regime after the fraud are totally illegal:
1 The legislative overrepresentation is totally illegal, so the majority in the Senate and the Chamber of Deputies is spurious, since they not only violated the 8% overrepresentation allowed by law, but also several of those deputies and senators did not legitimately win their place, but entered thanks to the altered records.
2 The modifications to the Constitution are totally invalid, illegal and illegitimate, as well as anti-constitutional.
3 The “Judicial Reform” is totally invalid. And the election of judges is a farce because it would turn out that Haitian or Venezuelan migrants, with whom they inflated the electoral register, are going to elect the Mexican judges and this election will be made with this manipulated electoral roll and with the crony INE who was the one who carried out the fraud for the presidential election.
4 The disappearance of the Autonomous Organizations such as the INAI is totally invalid, because neither Claudia (Sheinbaum Pardo) nor the Congress that approved it have representation because they are the product of electoral fraud. Former President AMLO illegally intervened in the process as he was sentenced but not sanctioned by the Electoral Court itself. There are already several lawsuits both in Mexico and abroad that address several of these points, so sooner or later Claudia will have to leave the position of President, while AMLO will have to be tried for having committed the most monstrous electoral fraud in the history of Mexico and perhaps the world, and the crony INE will have to be dismantled and Guadalupe Taddei prosecuted to determine her responsibility since she is considered to have been the main operator for the fraud.
