1. First they took over the INE
2. Then they took over the Electoral Court
3. They committed electoral fraud in the presidential, legislative and gubernatorial elections (a. 10% ballots b. 90% of the records 52% were violated)
4. Then they committed fraud with overrepresentation
5. Then they took over the Constitution with the spurious “constitutional supremacy”
6. Then they carried out the alleged judicial reform and elected judges by raffle
7. Then they eliminated autonomous organizations like the INAI
According to political scientist Dr. José Antonio Crespo, there are three types of fraud:
1. State Fraud
II. Electoral Fraud
III. Constitutional Fraud
I. State Fraud is when AMLO/Claudia and the Morena sect took over the INE, imposing Guadalupe Taddei who does not fit the profile and is 100% partisan, since her entire family works for Morena or Morena governments, which disqualifies her for that position. That is where the fraud began to take shape.
The citizens said: “The INE is not to be touched”… But we already know that the Morenos care little about the citizens, if not at all, because they prefer the vague concept of the “people”, which they claim to represent, but only to justify their corruption and their anti-democracy.
State fraud is consummated when the coup d’état takes place within the Electoral Court, to impose Monica Soto as president, when she is also 100% aligned with Morena, which also disqualifies her from occupying that position.
State fraud also occurs when AMLO as president rudely intervenes in the electoral process, not only from his morning press conferences, but by ordering the entire federal government apparatus and Morena governors to get involved in the process. As well as when he allocates at least 85 billion pesos of the federal budget for the purchase of votes through welfare programs.
Likewise, State fraud occurs when Claudia campaigns for 3 years, when the law only authorized her for 3 months, that is, she does 12 times more than allowed.
All of this is a fraud that is violating the Constitutional principles of certainty, legality, independence, impartiality and objectivity that govern electoral processes, according to article 41 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States and article 86 of the General Law of the System of Means of Appeal in Electoral Matters and that would be sufficient reason to declare the election and its results or effects VOID.
The main reasons why the presidential election should be annulled are:
– Government intervention
– Use of illegal funds, whether from drug trafficking or budgetary misappropriations.
– Vote buying and voter coercion.
– Excessive campaign spending
– Media violations
– Poll manipulation
– Violations of political rights
– Assassination of candidates
– Violence in several states
All of this is documented, as well as the corresponding legal violations.
II. Electoral fraud was committed before, during and after the election day.
It is TOTALLY proven in two ways:
1. With 10% of the “sheets” corresponding to 16,689 polling stations, and which coincide in 99.64% with the INE records, in which Xóchitl Gálvez wins with 51.15% of the votes against only 38.22% for Sheinbaum.

In the case of 90% of the INE records where there are no “sheets” either because they were destroyed or they did not want to deliver them for the Citizen Count (CC), the team of computer experts verified that 52% were violated, that is, they are pirated records, as seen when reviewing their metadata one by one, thereby violating the INE procedures, the cybersecurity of their computer systems and the law. Therefore, said election must be ANNULLED, as well as its results or effects.
In addition, there were other violations on election day and other manipulation of the election results, which are also documented.
III. Regarding Constitutional Fraud, it refers to the illegal overrepresentation of deputies so that Morena and its allies obtained a majority in the Chamber of Deputies that they did not obtain at the polls, in order to violate the Constitution and destroy the Judicial Branch, to leave the Three Powers of the Union in the hands of the Morena sect: the Executive with electoral fraud, the Legislative with Overrepresentation and the Judicial with its “deformation” that attempts to eliminate the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation (SCJN) and the entire autonomous Judicial Branch.
Fortunately, there are International Treaties signed by Mexico that will reverse all of the above, as well as Article 136 of the Constitution that says:
“Article 136
This Constitution will not lose its force and vigor, even if its observance is interrupted by some rebellion. In the event that, due to any public disorder, a government contrary to the principles it sanctions is established, as soon as the people regain their freedom, its observance will be reestablished, and in accordance with it and the laws that have been issued by virtue of it, those who have figured in the government that emerged from the rebellion, as well as those who have cooperated with it, will be judged.
